The First Day

Amy Mellor is a quiet, geeky, sporty, 14 year old who has been taken in by the overprotective smothering Beverly Goldberg. She quickly finds her footing at William Penn Academy confiding in Lainey and especially Coach Mellor. However she soon finds out, she shares more than just a surname with the demanding gym coach.
