Description
Every year since the age of 7, Scarlett and her family had driven up to Bayview to spend the summer with her aunt and cousin. With her parents on the verge of divorce, Scarlett and her younger sister Mackenzie drive up alone for one of their last summers before high school ends. While working to save up some money at a local smoothie shop, Scarlett is reunited with some of her oldest friends and a new boy named Parker. In order to make the most of Parker's first and final summer at Bayview, the group of teens make a list of dares to complete over the next 2 months. Scarlett, Parker and their friends embark on an adventure of laughs, lies, trouble, friendship and love throughout the summer of a lifetime.
