October 12th So here I am, writing down my feelings. Who actually thinks this works? Is this just a suggestion that a therapist tells you to do knowing very well you won't? At least they can feel better about it, I mean at least they offered something. I don't even know how to do this, do I introduce myself to my journal? To this white page?
