Brooklyn is a girl who experienced life too fast. The things she have seen and been through in life are unlikely for a girl her age. At 11 she lost her brother and was took away from the only person that was there for her. Her grandmother, leaving forcing her to stay with her drug addicted parents who could care less about her but In Brooklyn eyes their the only ones left to love. At sixteen Brooklyn must fend for herself and at times do a little hustling of her own to feed their habit. In the long run Brooks dad pulls the ultimate betrayal. As if things can't get worse Brooks mother dies from an overdose sending her to her aunt and uncle house where the abuse doesn't stop.
