Y/n doesn't believe she's worthy of caring about after an abusive relationship, and being forced to move into her best friends house, but her perspective might change after she meets a guy named Kevin. But can somebody really care?

"Hey, uh, I never got your name," He says, looking over at me once again.
"Oh, it's Y/n," I look at him as well, and ask, "What's yours?" Though I already know the answer.
"You can call me Kevin," He grins.
