Allie is a 17-year-old genius from Queens with extraordinary powers and a talent for hacking. She cannot control her powers, though, and every time she gets a grasp of one, another crops up.
She can't go to anyone about her powers. Her father is usually passed out drunk and, if he's not, he's drunk, nasty and abusive.
When Tony Stark accidentally texts Allie, she befriends the Avengers and texts them almost everyday. She becomes part of the family.
