Long ago in the Joseon Dynasty, where tales of ancient spirits ring true, Park Jimin is a young villager desperate to save his ill Mother. When he discovers the legend of a Koi spirit who can grant wishes within the forest, he sets out on a journey along the sunrise to seek out this spirit in a last effort, but what he doesn't come to realize is that all magic comes with a price.
