After a year as Albus Dumbledore's assistant, Minerva McGonagall finally becomes a teacher in her own right when he assumes the position of headmaster. As they are friends, she still checks in on him occasionally, after all she cares about him a great deal more than she'd ever admit.
And while he feels for her, more than he ever felt for anyone else, he'd rather swallow his tongue than admit what he feels.
Will these two have a happy ending or will their Gryffindor pride be their downfall?
