We were, in that moment, nothing less than young gods who had the world in hand. Yet, when we were to wake up tomorrow, we would be as before; misguided teens without a purpose or will.

The young demigod had senselessly decided to reside in the god(s) forsaken town that was Mystic Falls.
He had hoped for a somewhat quiet year, hoped that all adventure in his life had been fulfilled with the passing of the two great wars.

Yet, he had unknowingly become game for the more human-like monsters which came out in the daylight.

Monsters he would soon find cannot be diminished into dust.
