Chapter 1 - Sneaking out

When Harry Potter decides he is going to face the dark lord in his 7th year (horcruxes don't exist) his friends come along with him. Hermione Granger steals the potions stack incase they might need any potions and is caught by professor Snape who comes along. The dark Lord sees them and is going to duel with Harry. Harry cast expelliarmus but the dark lord is faster and casts a spell too powerfully that causes all the magic to stop working in the room. Hermione suggests the muggle game of truth of dare.
