"What?" she choked out, thankful for the desk she got a grip on behind her, or else she would have fainted with him so close. "Liking someone you 'hate'," he said quietly, with the slightest smirk that appeared. Estella Lyn Brown didn't expect Mr. Jefferson--her 30 year old History teacher-- to become someone she thinks about every day. Especially when he was her least favourite teacher. She hated him for his cocky attitude, and for giving her a 79% average, instead of rounding up so she could get an A last year in Grade 10.
