Lila threatened Marinette in the bathroom. The threat nearly became truth, but good thing Adrien saw through Lila and decided that the brunette was hurting Marinette too much. He dismissed the high road and Chloe loped along as well. That was good, right? Marinette could live with that. Besides, she had her kitty. Her life wasn't too bad. Lila hadn't won yet. But one day, when Marinette was heading home, Lila and her cronies came to harass her. Lila "accidentally" tripped and pushed Marinette forcefully onto the road. The bluenette heard a crunch, and when she looked up, she only saw a car and frightful eyes. Everything, gone. They lost a light that day.
