Since a little girl, Iseul's dream was to become a famous novelist. All her life she did as she was told, and she was in deed the perfect daughter to her parents. She finds her future being turned upside down when her mother comes with the news that Iseul has been betrothed to one of the richest men in probably all Korea. She is now torn between her happiness and her parents'. When she finds no way out of this engagement she has no option but to also become the perfect wife.

This story is inspired by the Chinese drama "Well-Intended Love".
