Book 1, Chapter 26: Lessons Learned

After a hard couple of days on the road from Granite Hedge, and a harrowing night navigating the ruins and secret passageways into the city, Lendil and his companions are finally inside Granite Port. Being a city well-known for its intolerance, it is not safe for his elven companions. So Lendil sets out early to get the feel for the city. But it isn't long before what he learns makes him question coming at all.
