Josie watches as Penelope leaves. She takes into consideration her ex girlfriends reasons and tries to push herself to be less codependent. All she wants is Penelope to come back.
Penelope is struggling in Belgium but is in the mindset that she did what had to be done. Will she come back? Or will she stay in Belgium?

This is my spin on how I think Josie handled herself when Penelope left and how she is doing in Belgium (this won't follow the legacies storyline after 1x14)
