Cas dies as Dean cradles his body closer to his chest. Dean struggles to live, to move on, to hunt to breathe everything hurts without Cas. When Cas mysteriously appears alive Dean is forced to confront the feelings he's been hiding for years. After knowing the strength of his regrets he knows he can't live pretending any longer.
