It isn't exactly old news that (Y/N) has a crush on Newt. Everyone could see and notice the way she acts around him. Well, everyone but Newt. With the two of them being close friends for about a year, people don't know if Newt has picked up the pieces or if he's really that oblivious. Many times, (Y/N) has wanted to confess how she felt. She's had her fair share of crushes before, but none this strong. But when she wanted, she's always being held back. She didn't know if she'll ever have the chance to tell him how she feels and if she'll know if he feels the same way. She wasn't giving up but was preparing to be content on admiring from afar. That was until their P.E. teacher announced what they were going to do for their exams at the end of their first semester. Their exam was that the class will be performing a social dance and perform it after a month. (Y/N) was given the job of the leader of the class. It was up to her to know who would be her partner, but she couldn't think of that a first because she's handling the entire class.
