Chapter One: This Empire is mine

In Kelsey's eyes, your life is an empire. An empire in which no one is in charge but yourself, an empire in which you spend all your life and hard work working to build. An empire in which is so beautiful yet fragile it can only take one simple jab and it all comes crumbling down. The thing is, Kelsey finds out that one of those things isn't necessarily true. Poor Kelsey isn't really in charge of her empire, so does she have the strength to pick it up when the world around her is all falling apart?
