Introduction

This book follows my anxiety disorder with O.C.D tendencies through poems I've personally written.

Due to sensitivity that can surround anxiety disorders and O.C.D there may be triggering components to my poems. I do not believe there is but I wanted to throw that possibility out there just to ensure no one is triggered while reading my poems.
