Toya Jacobsen just finished her first worldwide tour. Somehow, she's convinced her parents to go back to school and try to live her once normal life that she had before. How could she think it would all be waiting for her back home? Surely she knew that she wasn't normal anymore. Everyone else did. No matter how hard she tried, it wouldn't be her old friends or her boyfriend that would see the real her. It would be the new kid who was almost invisible to everybody else at school, except to Toya.
