Description
Imani and her mother are both abused by her father and uncle. They kept it a secret from everyone trying to seem like they were fine. One day when Imani went to the store an absolute stranger finds the bruises on her arms and back but brushed it off since they just met. Coincidentally, they end up meeting over and over again and the stranger notices that the wounds were only getting worse and that there were more of them. Being a nice guy he takes them back to his place to keep them safe. Over the course of time, Imani finds out that he is a gang leader and the guy finds himself falling for her.
