Description
At one time, another species ruled the planet. Shifters. Shifters of all kind. Then the humans arrived, and killed as many of the shifters as they could. The humans starved for power, and killing was the way that they would take to get it. The King and Queen of Adarwen seemed nice to the humans, yet they didnt know what happened behind the closed palace doors. The myth was that all shifters were dead, but only the royals knew that to be a lie. They would make it true by any means. Along with the conflict of the warring groups came a prophecy. This prophecy spoke of a mythical shifter, a creature that was thought to be extinct, who would come from the mountains and take down the humans. When the news spread of the last mythical shifter being slaughtered, the whole shifter kingdom fell into hiding, while the humans rejoiced. After time, the humans forgot and let their guard down. The fatal mistake.
