Prologue

A few days before his first day of high school, Cade Galloway is framed of assault and put on probation in San Francisco, California. Away from home, he starts to here voices telling him he's one of the few who are granted superhuman abilities, an arcane. He soon discovers more like him and some with some with ulterior motives.
