Prelude (21 August 2004)

Elisa and her family are not like any normal humans. They are vampires but Elisa attends a normal school with normal friends after her family run away from the downworlders because an evil vampire is now the Regent. She doesn't know all this but when she finds out, she has to keep her secret from her best friend Clara and her inquisitive school mates. This puts them all in more danger since the Regent is out looking for her. She wants them dead because Elisa is the chosen one to set them free and if Elisa dies that means her daughter Pearl will be the next chosen one. This will cause more chaos in the downworld.In order to avoid that happening, Elisa has to stay alive. Which is not easy even though she is a vampire and the chosen one.But it turns out the regent has her own secret
