Ella Watersmith all her life wanted water powers. She always seemed to feel a connection with water somehow. And her favorite places were the beach, and the pool. Sometimes even dressing up as a mermaid. So when she finds out that she has water powers she is ecstatic. But with great power, comes great responsibility so will she be able to control them?
