Those statements make it sound as if the rule is a dictatorship. But it isn't. You WANT to do those things for the Queen. She is the most deserving of it. She lends her most vulnerable self to the people in exchange for their loyalty. Something about her casts a spell on you that you can't seem to escape...in a good way.

And of those closest to her, her most devoted, there are 3 people and, of course, there are always room for more. The Queen has only ample love to share with everyone.
