Helpless

Lauren's twin brother has lung cancer. They are like best friends. She is now fighting for her brothers life. She is hoping more than anything that he will survive. Eathan is loosing hope, but Lauren is still holding on to it. She has to keep her brother believing that he will make it. She needs to keep him alive. Will she loose her only brother? Or will he end up fighting off the cancer?
