Troy Mikaelson is the long lost brother of the original vampire family and twin of Klaus Mikaelson. His family doesn't know he exists. The reason being is a powerful witch after his mother turned her family into the original vampires casted a spell making everyone forget about him. She was under orders to send him to another world. She opened the portal and sent him to the world of Remnant.
