Once you turn 18 you have the option of finding out when or how you die, once you're 20 it's mandatory.

No one knows where the answers come from but they always come true, Min Yoongi doesn't doubt it one bit, but the answers can be very vague or very detailed.

And Yoongi thinks he may have gotten the vaguest answer possible after delaying knowing for so long.
