Stiles has always been used to panic attacks, to how they felt like and most of times he knew how to control them, but even though that felt like a panic attack, he knew it wasn't, it wasn't something that an inhaler would help, or a kiss; it was something deeper than that, he was afraid something was wrong with his mind once again. The only person he could cry for help was Lydia, deep down he knew she would always be there for him.
