Description
Anna Hilder is barely an adult and finds herself divorcing her husband. When she was 18 she ran off with her high school boyfriend, destroying all family relationships she had left. At the age of 21 Anna is graduating college, been married for three years, has no family that she can call family and is paying legal fees with babysitting money. She meets her handsome and mysterious lawyer, Mr. Black who she makes laugh by her innocence while she laughs at his persistence of professional curiosity by only calling her Ms. Hilder. Soon their professional relationship leads into more than a friendship. This is the coming of age story of Anna Hilder as she tries to find her way with the help of the few who guide her into the real world of heart ache, loss and the true feeling of being free.
