Chapter 1: The Visitor

Sydney Dadzie-Granger knows that she was adopted. Her parents are Jean and Hugo Granger, both dentists, while her sister, Hermione, is a complete book-nerd. Sydney doesn't know much about her real family - just that she has the last name of Dadzie.

The year that Sydney and Hermione turn eleven, they receive a strange visitor in an emerald cloak who invites the girls to become students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Sydney discovers a new world hidden within her own, making friends, enemies, and allies. Together with her sister and her friends, Sydney unveils mysteries and that which is meant to stay hidden.
