The fault of human nature. Judgement. Presumption. Inclusion and Exclusion. The way we feel the need to create boundaries between Us and Them. To keep ourselves safe, they say. Out of cowardice in front of the suffering they have to endure, I say.
It is not a battle. A merciless war. Just a couple of kids stuck in different stages of hell and grief.
