A great agent of Criminal Detective Department (CDD) named Agent Veer was replaced from his highly ranked case "Operation Hyber", because he failed to find a extreme and mysterious criminal Hyber, who already did 10 bomb blasts in the cities of Delhi and definitely planning to do more. The new agent who replaced him from this case was Agent Raghav and CDD Commissioner Dhruv Chauhan gave a low ranked case to Agent Veer but Hyber was his real target and no one can break this bond of rivalry between Veer and Hyber.
