Javier Genrio. The young mayor of San Vicente who dreams of changing the world. All that matters to him right now is his dreams. Nothing more, nothing less.

Valerie Sario. A bright and idealistic young girl who dreams of living a purposeful life. All that matters to her right now is finding her purpose and living it anew. Burying the past and focusing on the present.

What would happen when these two dreamers are brought together? Will both their dreams and love fly? Or will they have to choose if they will be lovers together, or dreamers apart?
