Dominic Rossi or better known as OC-Dom has created a name for himself being one of New York's top Hitmen, carrying out the will of power-hungry men. After assassinating two politicians, he lays low in Vegas where he finds himself having bigger responsibilities than he anticipated. In Vegas he tries to save a childhood friend from getting tangled in the affairs of dangerous men.
