The crime in a District town of Beijing was taking the serial murder of young girls with a cruel end of killing methods by the killer. This case has dragged a young detective from Chaoyang Police Department to crack the puzzle of who the killer was and tend to mend all the puzzle to natch back every crack. The case has been sniffed by the Interpol that launched their best agent to solve the case and asked the cooperation from the Chaoyang district Police.

How are they gonna work cooperatively with their opposite ends? Will they succeed to find the serial killer who has done the multiple murders of the young girls who is kidnapped, raped and killed?
