As William Blazkowicz returned to his fortress, he set down his weapons, wondering what purpose he had. Suddenly, VEGA detects a foreign signature back on Earth. Returning to the surface, The Slayer comes across a curious creature. A black body with jagged, bone-like structures jutting out all over its body. Feasting on the corpse of an Imp. The slayer watches, as the creature notices his presence, and begins to growl at him. It leaps through a portal and disappears. The slayer follows in its wake and comes out in a strange land.
