Broken Words Of A Whole Heart.

'I can't let go. My past holds onto me'

It hurts to hold onto a past, to trace these memories lingering upon my skin, to want to reach out and grasp anything, anything at all that would take this pain away, but being unable to.

I'm scared of letting go. Of the pain it brings.
I'm scared I'll lose myself along with these memories, far more than I have now.
