Entrance exams

Y/N L/N is very powerful who was born with three quirks. However her parents were born quirkless. They abuse, starve and neglect her. At her entrance exams for UA she encounters a certain electric Pikachu, Denki Kaminari. They become friends and both get into the Hero course and into class A-1.
