Description
Ava is 17. She's been anorexic for 5 years and is beginning to think her life will forever revolve around calories, sums and numbers. She's scared, scared to go on. She desperately wants to recover, her dream is to go to university and study medicine but she can't... Not the way she is anyway. Everyone has given up on her, labelled her "chronic", "severe" and believes she'll remain sick for the rest of her life. She's stubborn though, wants to prove them wrong. Every morning she wakes up and says, just one more day. One more kilogram... A last "hurrah"... And then, "i'll recover." And every morning, she believes it. But there's always another "one more" Another reason not to Another reason to stay trapped in her illness. She's starting to lose hope She believes she'll never recover. Maybe everyone is right... Maybe this is what she was destined for... Until, she meets someone that might just help her change...
