Prologue

COMPLETE: My name is Azalea Everdeen, the daughter of Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark. Plutarch Heavensbee decided to become president, and re-started the Hunger Games, forcing the capitol and district 13 to join in. He selected me at the reaping, along with my older brother Aster. My best friend, Corvus, volunteered in his place. Here is how I became the Phoenix, rising out of he Mockingjay's ashes.

This is book one in what I think will be just a duet. There is a sequel titled 'Azalea: The Phoenix" and it will continue off of this one (which is probably obvious...)
