London Cecelia Swan is Bella's Fraternal Twin sister. When Renee left with Bella she didn't look back at all not even for London. She didn't ask Charlie to send London up to spend time with them like Charlie asked for Bella to come and see him. Bella and London never felt like they were really sisters.
