"Due to the escalating problem of violence and abuse and the endangerment to themselves, those classified as littles by the standard and mandatory DNA test must be assigned to a legal caregiver. The Government has decided to take action by getting unauthorized littles off of the streets where they could slip into headspace at vulnerable moments. Littles who are found to be without a caregiver will be taken into custody by the state and taken to adoption centres for littles by legal authorities. The public is encouraged to contact their local police station if they witness a little without a caregiver or who looks to be in danger from others or by themselves. As a result of the growing number of littles who fight their respective headspace and their refusal of care, those classified as caregivers now have the legal right to adopt littles with or without their consent, provided those said caregivers have no criminal background and hold a good track record. Former restrictions of adoption will no longer apply."
