Chapter One

Clara has lived with her aunt and uncle for the past ten years, after her mum left her. However, she has now decided to return to Scotland for university, which forces her to rebuild her relationship with her father.
At university, she meets Ross, a troubled guy with a complicated past like hers. He shows her a side of Edinburgh that she has never seen, helping her to build a life there. However, in order to truly build a life, she will have to overcome her fears and learn to trust and love other people again.
