Death is not part of Eggman's plan. That is why, when he heard the news Amy Rose died. He knew he needed to make it up to Sonic. Sonic's gang can be a little annoying and always pisses him off. But in some other way, they helped him. And he did nothing but to take advantage of it. So an idea pop inside his head to bring the pinkette back to life.
