Introduction

Jessica Fell is the opposite of her step sister Kate Walker. Kate had everything she was head cheerleader in high school while Jessica was playing the flute in band. Kate Had every guy swoon at her sight, Jessica could barely look at a guy without him laughing. The one thing that Jessica had was Axel Montgomery. They were best friends from the time they were born till sophmore year.

After leaving town after graduating, Jessica came back after five years. Jessica wasn't the Jess everybody knew in high school and apparently Axel Mountgomery was Kate's type the whole time.
