Cindy's mother Tracy Pruette died from heart disease when Cindy was five. From then on, it was just Cindy and her father Benjamin Pruette. Until Benjamin thought Cindy needed a a mother and siblings. He married Shirley Tremaine. Cindy's family now includes Shirley Termaine as her new step mom and two step sisters Phoebe and Mercedes Termaine. Tragedy struck when Benjamin got killed in a car accident. After his death, everyone changed.
