First Encounter

One year has passed since Arthur Fleck had been committed to Arkham State Hospital. He's managed to scare off every psychologist that's been assigned to him until he meets Harleen Quinzel. Harleen genuinely wants to help treat Arthur's condition, while Arthur views her as nothing more than a plaything.
