What if when Deku met Allmight... and asked him if he could be a hero, Allmight said no as the show says.. But in the sludge villian incident with Bakugou... Allmights reaction was to call Deku stupid and way too reckless to ever become a good hero?

And in that moment, he gained a quirk... One that hes had all along, but only now found out. A quirk that could change how people see him, forever.
